Our friendly, knowledgeable staff works hard to make your visits to our office as smooth as possible. Our office and phones are open at 8am and our appointments begin at 8:30am. After hours, you may leave a message on our voicemail requesting an appointment for the following business day. Our receptionists will call you in the morning of the following business day to schedule that appointment. Please do not push "0" to schedule an appointment as you will be connected with the nurse on call and they are unable to schedule appointments after hours. Our lactation consultant, is available on Wednesday and Friday mornings for in office consultations. She also is available for home visits by appointment.

Parking
You may park in the parking structure of our medical building. Please note that we do not validate. Parking rates in the building are $2.00 each 15 minutes ($8/hour) with $18.00 daily maximum. Also, there is 2 hour metered street parking available. If you are willing to walk and get some exercise, there is time restricted free parking on adjacent streets.
Appointments
Please call our office to schedule appointments and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability. You may also schedule appointments online if you are an established patient. We check the online appointment requests a few times a day. If you haven't heard back from us within 24 hours please call to make sure we received your request. Please allow an hour for well visits. If you want to discuss multiple issues at your visit, please notify our receptionists so that they may be to sure to allot enough time for your visit. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Insurance and Billing
We are currently contracted with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare PPO insurance plans. This includes Blue Shield PPO Covered California Plans. We also accept Blue Shield EPO and United Healthcare EPO and POS. We are not contracted with any HMO plans nor Medi-Cal. Please call your insurance company to verify that we are in network with your plan.
